The furniture in the dining area matches that of the living area being in beech with granite inlay and all is laid out beneath a lovely feature dome, enhanced with contemporary lighting. The dining table seats 6 and there is a further sideboard in this area. Patio doors in this area allow access to the BBQ area.

Apartment Information

​The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your all your catering needs and there is ample crockery and cutlery for 6 people and plenty of cooking utensils.
It has a large fridge freezer, electric hob, extractor fan and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle & coffee maker.
There is a patio door leading on to a small terrace where you will find further storage space within a large outside store cupboard and a good area for drying clothes on the clothes airers.
There is also an iron/ironing board & vacuum cleaner.

The 'pièce de résistance!'
The 'wrap around' terrace area continues to delight our guests and with its' full south facing aspect, it enjoys sun all day and has a wonderful panoramic sea view across to the coast of Africa!!

It is equipped with sun beds and drinks table, a large dining table with 6 chairs and a large parasol, coffee table with 2 chairs and a built in BBQ for wonderful 'al fresco' dining!

To finish off your day, there is a lovely comfy terrace suite where you can sit and relax with a long cold drink in the early evening (and later!) as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean, the coast of Africa and the Atlas mountains! 

The master bedroom has a double bed, which faces large patio windows whereby you can sit up in bed and enjoy the sea view vista! from this room you can also access the terrace. It has plenty of storage space provided in a good range of fitted wardrobes.
There is a 32" LED TV and a DVD Player for your convenience.
It also has a lovely en suite bathroom finished in high quality cream marble with twin sinks, toilet, bidet and bath with shower over. Hair dryer provided.

Bedrooms 2 & 3

Have 2 single beds each (bedroom 2 also enjoys a panoramic sea view!) both have plenty of storage space within good fitted wardrobes. Hair dryers provided.

Bathroom 2 – as with the en suite bathroom, this bathroom is also finished in high quality cream marble and has sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower over.
