 Rates shown include a meet and greet service on arrival, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), water and fair electricity usage to include air conditioning/heating throughout the apartment and final cleaning following departure.

To confirm a booking and reserve dates, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of £150 or 20% of the rental rate, whichever is the greatest. The rental balance plus £200 refundable security deposit against damage/lost keys etc, would be payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Check-In is at 16.00 and Check-Out is 10.00, where possible, we can be flexible if not a changeover day.

*Arrivals between the hours of 22.00 - 07.00 will incur an extra charge of 20€ for the Meet & Greet service as an 'unsociable hours' supplement, this payment is made directly on arrival to the management team*

Whilst we can accommodate short stays, we have a minimum rental charge of 1 week throughout the year. 

Through the high season period our changeover days are on a Saturday, at other times we can be a little more flexible.

*Please note that the main renter must be aged 25yrs or over and we do not accept bookings from parties whereby the group is predominantly aged 16 - 25yrs*

A legal Spanish traveller entry form, with copies of passports, are to be completed by all guests aged 16yrs and over following a booking being made. This is a requirement of our Spanish rental licence and Spanish rental law.

 
Payments are made via bank transfer, details provided when a request to book is made.
